acquire images using Mikrotron1362 camera and inspecta-5 frame grabber

 I just bought a Mikrotron MC1362 camera and inspecta-5 frame grabber, and try to acquire images using labview 8.5. However, I only acquire fuzzy images or partially correct images (depend on the profile name used).  

I did the following:

- Put Mikrotron.llb into labview user libraries directory (downloaded from http://www.mikrotron.de/index.php?en_downloadfiles)

- Run the sample labview program provided by Mikrotron

 

Have people encounter the same problem and get it solved? Thanks!

ps: nice images can be acquired using other programs (L1Demo1.0.8.0. that comes with the installation CD for the frame grabber).

Hi yeh,

Have you contacted the maker of the code to check if there are any updates, etc.? This framegrabber, since it is not an NI framegrabber, does not use the NI drivers for interaction with the framegrabber. Therefore, whatever is going on in the background is entirely built by the maker of the VI.
