As you are new to LabVIEW and DAQ the easiest way by far is to start with the DAQ assistant.
Start off by dropping the DAQ assistant express VI onto your block diagram, this will open another window where you can select your analogue input, and then the channels you wish to measure.
You can even test this from within the assistant to see if it is measuring what you are expecting.
Once you have successfully acquired your signals, you can close the assistant, and right click on the data out terminal and create a graph indicator.
Note: there is a template that you can use to get you started, From the File menu, select New...
and then click on the Data Acquisition with DAQ-mx template, this will open a new VI which has nearly everything you need, including instructions!good luck!
