This is really a very simple task using file IO to read and rewrite with headers. Applying headers after the fact is nice with a table control. That way you can visually see what the header is being applied to without question. Since there may be reasons beyond me and because it was fun, I have attached a VI that I custom wrote just for you. It is a little overboard for what you need done, but it is written with future expansion and user-friendliness in mind. This is the structure I use most of the time for user interfaces.
