ajax and https

Hi,

I have a thin client based on the code given here https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-15361, it is working fine however does anybody know what is involved to get this working with https? I have limited programming experience so if anybody knows any quick fixes I would love to hear from them. I have also tried it in non IE browsers and it does not work even though from the code it appears it should.
