analog data streaming using IRQ

i transfer data from RT to FPGA. i used FIFO. because there is some problem, now i'm using IRQ to obtain data

when i make FPGA, RT like this, AO0 and AO1 emit same sound even if i transfer 0 data to speaker1 

what is the problem?
