application builder for version 4.01

I have labview 4.0.1 (exe is dated 8-16-96). The application files (2) are dated 1-26-95. When I try to make an application I get Labview loaderror code 9: Version of VI is newer than Labview version.

How can I get a newer version of the Application builder that will work with my Labview 4.0.1?

The NI ftp site contains a Application builder update for 4.0:

ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/updates/windows/appbuild/lv4abud.zip with files dated 3-20-1996 (inside zip file).
