application.exe file when it is run it creates a "www.txt" blank file in application folder is it due to some virus ?

I have seen some recent changes when an application builder is used & created an application file..

Application.exe...

when i run Application.exe file it creates a www.txt blank file in Application folder... is it due to some kind of virus OR some kind of error?

Virusses usually don't show their existance by creating files in user directories
