arcnet communication

I tried to connect pci20ucxb by Rob Cole's labview driver library. I see the message "secondary DLL not found"
what is this ploblem. I am going to intercept some data from arcnet network which are working now using above module PCI20U-CXB.

I have found the libraries from Rob Cole on another discussion forum post but am not familiar with his code or the board your are using. Perhaps someone who has used this code with a similar board can offer more information...
