I am Labview beginner and I have this IV to get temp..how I can replace DAQ Assistant with microcontroller (arduion mega 2560) to get the temperatures

This link here would be a good start for programming with the Arduino, our new toolkit would be how you can communicate with your device. There should also be some helpful links and examples for you to look at.

Thanks for the info.
I have this board I could not connecte it to Labview 8.2.
I did.:
1- install the arduino driver
2- i have it in COM 5
3. found an example(arduino connection http://web.me.com/iklln6/automation/LabVIEW.html) in the internet I put VISA resource name baud rate
the board should give me 25 if it receive T
when I run it .>> there is no output

The Arduino for LabVIEW toolkit requires LabVIEW 2009 or later; sorry but your LabVIEW 8.2 won't work for it.
