are there any limitations using the run-time engine

Does anyone know of any limitations / issues to be aware of when using the LabVIEW Run time engine. i am using ver 6.1 and am about to start a large project and dont want any surprises!!

This is a very broad question. You may want to narrow this down a bit to reflect the items you will be using. Then search through our support site (http://www.ni.com/support) and type in the items you are concerned about in the search dialog under option 3. This is the best place to start.
