Can you tell me what software you are using to create and manipulate this image? If you are using anything like Ni-Vision or IMAQ, please create a new thread and specify that you are using vision software.

Your image "realtime images alignment.png" is a 24bit image and does not contain a single 255 value.
 
Can you attach a real encrypted image that is 8bit and actually contains something that is 255.

I am getting an 8bit image only.I have saved it wrongly i suppose.Please see the attachment. See the leftcorner u can see all the 255s there.See the attachment please.
