With regards to your question, we require more information.

1) What hardware are you using with the opto-coupler?
2) What opto-coupler are you using?
3) How are you connecting the opto-coupler?
4) Are you driving this line with any previous programming? (in Measurement and Automation Explorer or LabVIEW)
