at-gpib read errors on Chinese computer

I am seeing the correct value read on the DMM but the pc displays one tenth of correct value. Anyone know if this is a localization issue

with the gpib card or in the test software. (s/w is MS c running in DOS)

Who knows?  You didn't provide any information.  What DMM are you using?  What is "MS c in DOS"  Microsoft C?  Where does LabVIEW come into play?  Perhaps you can post your VI.

what is the GPIB card you are using? Is it an NI manufactured GPIB card? Are you aware of any sort of gain settings on the card. Perhaps you might need to set some jumpers to get the correct gain that you need. Any additional information you provide would be helpful in finding out the source of this problem?
