I am calibrating a measuremnt chain where at the end there is a the PCI6221. I want to include the uncertainty of the board in the combined standard unceratinty(not expanded uncertainty) of all the system. I am not an expert of electronic, can somebody can give me some clear simple formulas to do it,I already check some NI pages but I need something simpler. it's ok the worst value too,that I think is when the voltage acquired is maximum. Thank you a lot!it's a bit urgent!
