Ocean Optics has a redistributable installer that can be found here:
http://oceanoptics.com/support/software-downloads/#omnidriver/
This can be called from the LabVIEW installer and will install all the necessary components. Make sure you include the installer for the version that you built the LabVIEW application against. The bitness and versions should match or you may see some strange error messages like claiming it can't find the DLL.
