build exe is working but the program is not

i can't ignore it because in this .txt the client is changing the COM ports for different scenario....

I limit the problem and know why it is not working but I don't know how to fix it. I need serveral files in the .exe but don't know how to get them in. My colleague will come in the afternoon to see what's going wrong. If we can't fix it, I need to contact NI. I tried several build settings and it isn't working

We tried several things and the .exe need a special folder structure. I copied the folder structure from a previous .exe to the new one and it's working right now
