build executeable, error type 46300

Hi,

I tried to build an executeable of my VI but it didn't work!  I am using Labview 7, Vision 7 and I have installed the Imaq_USB_Installer_Setup to use USB cameras in my VI.
When I want to start the exe-file, there occurs the error of type 46300 and it says that I need the LV ful developement system to remedy the problem.

And where is this Vision Development Module ? Is it a feature on the vision Cd?
