You are looking at the wrong page in the specs!
DSA digitizers, the 24 bit ones you are using, have a phase delay through them that depends on the sample rate. You will find the formula in the spec sheets. DSA's are oversampled and then downsampled and filtered for the final resolution; this introduces a phase delay. You will need to change your t0's in post processing to account for this delay. Different digitizers will have different delays.
I don't have LabVIEW on this computer, but combining multiple devices in a task should synchronize everything, nothing else needed.
