cDAQ Operating System

Hi All,

Our IT folks are making life difficult. They want to know what the Operating System for the CDAQ-9188 Chassis is called. Apparently, telling them that it runs on LabVIEW is not a sufficient answer. Does anyone know what the cDAQ chassis "boots up" on, or what is running in the background to interface with the Ethernet world?

Have a look at this:

That shows that among other things it runs Linux with the 2.6.38 kernel.  

That's only for firmware revision 1.7.1 so if you have something newer than that, it's probably got newer versions of things on it, and vice versa if you have an older one.
