I want to use two channels at the same time, but as the two coms are connected with each other, then the two channels will be interfered by each other. What method can I use to seperate the two channels' coms, i.e. make the two channels not affect each other?

What do you mean by "two coms"?  Are you talking about the ground connection for a signal?  Are you trying to figure out the differences between single-ended signals and differential signals?
