cRIO-9074

Hi all,

I received a NI cRIO 9074 and connected it with my laptop through direct ethernet connection.

I am able to see the device in MAX and i formatted the disk according to the instructions on the getting started guide of compact RIO.

After that i am not able to install the real time software on to the controller.

I am getting the errors as attached in files.

Please help me.

Do you need to install those components? If your application does not use them, then there is no reason to install them on the cRIO. If your application does require those components, then you need to install the required modules listed in the error dialog. They are available on your LabVIEW install disks or can be downloaded from the NI website.

It's a bit hard to tell from your screenshot, but I think you are missing the LabVIEW Real-Time module, which is absolutely required to run LabVIEW software on your cRIO. Is there an arrow next to "LabVIEW 2013 f2" in Measurement and Automation Explorer? I don't see one in your screenshot, but that could just be image resolution. If so, expand it and see if the Real-Time is listed there; if there is no arrow, then you have no LabVIEW toolkits installed. Install the Real-Time module.
