Hi.
I'm working with LV2011 on a cRIO9074. I wanted to put one application as start-up... For being sure that my app is running it do a blinking on the user led 1.
I'm using shared variables, queues and cfg files... In a first attempt I build my application but it don't work... After several hours trying to put on start-up my app I check "Disconnect Type definitions" on aditional exclussions on the application properties. Then the app works fine...
Somebody can tell me why is this issue? I use typedefs to get an structured data hierarchy... But this option is unchecked by default. Why is this option visible and why is not always cheked??

I believe this is related to a know issue in LabVIEW 2011. You might want to contact NI Technical Support.

Hi, Edupo,
as the other user says, this is an unexpected behavior of LabVIEW. It has been reported to NI R&D Staff. The information I have says as follows: "You cannot build (into exe) a VI if "Disconnect type definitions" is checked in the build specification. This is currently causing a build failure in NI-RIO."
This issue is completely fixed in LabVIEW 2011 SP1, released on March 2012. So, I encourage you to upgrade your LabVIEW version. If you are not able to do it, the only thing you can do is follow its only workaround: "Uncheck "disconnect type definitions" in the build specification".
I hope this helps!
Jesús.
