cRIO: build path to write tdms file on USB flash drive

I formatted the flash drive with "FAT32" and I used "u:\" for the path, and it works good. Thanks.

Glad to hear it, don't forget to add the tdms.out to your load-list if you have a vxWORKS cRIO!!
