cRio9025 with ethercat expansion chassis running scan engine Primary IP adapter IP of host chassis 9025 changes and then the RT Program quits to work?

My big and expensive problem:

I have a Datarecorder and thta is build up from cRIO with EtherCAT expansion chassis and tmeperature measurement cards in the expansion chassis.

NI9025 has the following settings from MAX:

Primary Ethernet adapter: static IP 192.168.100.199

Secondary  adapter is set to: EtherCAT : IDo

The Primary chassis is a 9118 with different cards for aquireing data. Very complex RT and FPGA Program, but works fine.

Via shared Variables is read the Temperatures from the EtherCAT slave chassis and some AO card is use via shared variables, too. There is no FPGA program written, because its comfy using the scan engine, for the EtherCAT chassis and the performance i needed is low...

Using a S.E.A. display to present data on the little screen.

Everything is fine, until i change the IP of the PRIMARY adaptor to this IP: 192.168.178.99 (customer wants that) or DHCP(same problem)

After that the whole data Aquisition is not working anymore!!!! No Temperatures nothing!!! Not even the Cards from the primary chassis are working then.

I have no clue what happens... but the RT Program is still working in some loops, for example the nonsense data is presented on display and the UDP connection to a host Viewer prgram is working, but the data is always zero...

Please help, this costs a lot of money every day...

Did you change the IP settings on you host side as well?
