Either my memory of the function is wrong or it changed at some point. The time returned is actually the number of seconds since 1904. The t0 of the simulated waveform is actually 0 so that accounts for the high delta. You can modify the function to not add t0, make the t0 the same for both waveforms, or use the Index option and calculate the time from that and the dt.
