Hi Weiyuan,
Please provide some more information like what camera/board are you using, what errors pop up, what version of MAX/NI-IMAQ/Camera file generator are you using? Are you sure you're saving the camera file to the correct data folder in MAX?

Hi Jeff,
Thanks. Here are some details of my system,
1. Camera: PSL, T1000 Impactron XEM Camera.
2. Camera File generator: version 2.0.4, click "snap" can get an image, got an "Acquisition Timeout" error, but everytime, can get an image. Use free-running mode.
3. ACQ Board: NI PCIe-1430.
4. MAX: version 4.6.1f0, port 0 loaded with the icd file created by "Camera file generator". After click "Snap" on Max, got an error:
Error 0xBFF60022, A timeout error occurred while waiting for the specified event. If waiting for an image, verify that all video data is acquired within the timeout period. If waiting for a signal, verify that the signal assertion occurs within the timeout period.
The image part becomes all black (not an image). If I click "Grab", I got the same "BFF60022" error.
I installed the latest LabVIEW and the "LabVIEW 2009 f2 patch (32bit)". I made a simple LabVIEW program too, can't get an image, the error is: -1074397151, and the source is: IMAQ Snap.vi. I guess, I have to make the MAX working, before my LabVIEW program can work?, because I am using the "interface name" specified in MAX. BTW, when I am using MAX, or CAmera-file-generator, or LabVIEW, I closed all other programs (e.g. when using MAX, I closed labview and camera-file-generator). Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Hi Jeff:
Thanks, it is working now. I was using the wrong height and width when I was using MAX.
