can I create a generic Point to Row Column function?

Very strange.  Blue on mine.

 

I'll try deleting the browser cache or something.

Definitely something in my browser.  Went to Firefox and they showed up as orange.

EDIT:  Cleared cookies and temporary internet files in IE9, it fixed it and went back to orange.  Very strange.  Wonder why it got messed up on my PC.
