I believe NI has a conversion tool, but all you really need is a couple of previous versions of LabVIEW. LV 8 can open files back to 4

All I do is open the file in 8 and save changes, it can then be opened by newer versions of LabVIEW. For your files above I then opened them in 8.5 and saved changes
