I suggest you actually post a question if you want people to know what it is you want, but as a guess to what you need - You need to create a property node. Right click on the control or the terminal and select Create>>Property Node. Then, select the property Strings[] or Strings And Values[] from the list, and you can use them to change the array of strings which is used by the combo box.
