can i make security user levels to my application

Hi to all there,

I 've creat a local domain to my computer and created users also,
and I'm making a distributable application and I want to use these users in this application on another computer which I 'll run my installer on

so can I do this on a computer that doesn't have labview and DSC run time ??

by the way I've tested my software without the users levels features and it workes fine

thanks in advance

Hai,

You can do that on a system even without LabVIEW but you should have Runtime engine installed to run ur application.

Hi Mathan,

I 've installed run time engine and my application is running but the security levels and the users i've created on my application not running.

I'm using a local domain on my system and i've created users also but when i run the application on another computer the secutity is not working, and it doesn't recognize the users I've created

Where do you store your users' names & the related details?

Do you mean the default users created in the installed OS on the other PC or the ones created for your application & stored in a file?

If so, is the file stored in teh location it needs to be or see to it if it is missing?
