can labview do parallel sequencing without using fpga

hi, im still new user for labview.i had to do a parallel sequencing program. can i do it without using FPGA?if i do need it which model is better for industrial purpose..thank you

Please be more specific. Are you talking about DNA seuqencing or something else?
