can we use ni vision 8.2 with labview 7.1 ?

I want to buy NI vision development module 8.2. I would like to know if it's possible to use this version with the version 7.1 of labview. Thanks.

LabVIEW tools for newer versions won't work with older LabVIEW versions. Similarly if you try and open a new LabVIEW vi using an older version of LabVIEW you will get an error message as shown on the attachment.
