changing 2D array values by time

Hello

I am traying to calculte, but I need just one values, as in picture showed 49 and so on. Then a clock exist I see how values are changing in time, but you second one value and another second another values. When loop while stop array filled by values of 1.2, as showed at picture, but I need that it would be filled by values of 40 and so on., where it is mistake?

Your picture does not show any 2D arrays.

Sorry, not shown that are 2D array, but the clock - time to wait I added 500ms and see that one time number is 1.3 and so on and another 40 and so on.., how to solve that I will get values of 40 and bigger..
