changing color everytime it graphs

2 questions.

1. Hoe to smoothen out the graph. like 3 point or 9 point smoothing.

2. I am taking data and plotting it at the same time but each time it changes color. Is there anyway I can make it not to change the color.

Dear Priiyank,

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

Are you wanting all incoming signals to plot on the graph in a single color? If so, you may want to try the following:

1)Open your front panel window
2)Click on the top of the [Plot-1] box (the plot color legend) and drag it upwards to show the color legend for all incoming signals
3)click on the color box for all signals and change the colors to match one another (I changed the first three signals to plot white data points in my attached screen shot)

Now, in order to change the plot properties in order to smooth your data graph, please do the following:

1)Open your front panel window
2)[Right-click] on the graph control and select [Properties]
3)Goto the [Plots] tab
4)T
his Properties tab allows you to change the visual output options for the graph or chart to your liking.
5)See the attached image "graph properties" to see how to change the plotting options for your graphical indicator
