co-ordinates of image features

Hi,

I have a bunch of images with well defined dark spots. I want my VI to identify these regions and find the centre of each one, then output an array of co-ordinate values corresponding to the centre of each spot in the image.

The picture shows what I have so far (I can't attach the VI, it says the file is corrupted for some reason.....).

It uses the IMAQ Local Threshold and IMAQ Label VIs to identify each of the points and distictly label them as different particles. Now I just want to create an array of the centres of each particle.

Can anyone help?

Since this has to do with image processing in LabVIEW, you will be best served posting this question in the Machine Vision forums. This will get you the most exposure to the people who deal with image processing most frequently. Thanks for posting!
