communicate with remote Pc's serial device over modem

I have to communicate with remote Pc's serial device over modem,, i started from the begining,,and understand all at commands,,and create VI which can respond AT command of the modem now,, uptil here i understand everything but,,,

now have to send some query to serial device of remote computer over modem and,, recieve its response,, so i m not getting way,,,, how will i do that,, even i m confused with how to send,, (sending file or is there any other method for seding query via modem?)
