communication between OPC Server AB and OPC Client for LabVIew NI

Hello all...
OPC server and PLC exchange data at a normal speed, but the OPC Client and the OPC server communicate at a very slow speed. we are using 1784-KTX(D) and DH+.
the problem occured after the software was transferred to the client's location. at the test base it functioned perfectly. so we think the problem lies in the setting up !

What OPC Client from NI are you using? LV-DSC? Lookout? or just DataSocket? And what version(s)?

I am assuming your OPC Server is RS-Linx from AB.
