What is the message that the blue screen is showing?  I really doubt the installation of LabVIEW caused this.  I have never heard of it happening before just do to software installation.

Did you install any of the device drivers? If so, which ones? Try doing the standard troubleshooting for boot problems with Windows. Boot into safe mode. Does it work? Run msconfig at a command prompt, and turn off all non-Microsoft services. Reboot. Does it work? If so, enable services and drivers a little bit at a time until you find the one that causes the problem. It may be a conflict between two drivers/services.

The blue screen didn't stay long, so it was hard to find the error. Apparently the nitiork.dll caused the crash.

I found another posting with this problem, and hardware similar to mine. The problem was due to a bad PCI 6602 card. I moved the card to another computer, which then crashed in the same way. I also replaced the PCI 6602 card from another computer and it now runs fine.
