connecting NI 9014 along with NI 9104 chasis

Hello,

I am connecting NI 9014 with NI 9104 chasis using an ethernet cable. In NI max there is showing the following error in the devices and interfaces:

Error -63196 (kRIOStatusInvalidAttribute):
An invalid attribute has been specified.

Also, I cant install essential software from add/remove software option.

Hello,

I am working with NI cRIO 9014 and NI 9104 chasis.

1. I am using ethernet cable for connecting it with my laptop. In NI max it is showing that my NI 9014 is connected but it is not detecting the modules of the chasis.
2. I am using Labview 2017. I have added necessary software in NI max after connecting cRIO. But I don’t have FPGA module, Real time module , and NI device driver. when I tried to download I saw the older versions are not available for all.

If anyone has any idea regarding these problems, please suggest me a solution. I am attaching screenshots for clear understanding.
