connectivity with microsoft excel,microsoft word documents

hello,
i want to store my data directly from labview7.1 to an excel sheet and also want to open some doc. and want to print through labview. so kindly please give me steps to be followed.

There are two ways to accomplish this you can buy the MS toolkit from NI or you can use Active X. I have attached a sort of tollkit for excel. I would suggest if you do not buy the toolkit to do some research on Active X on this site. there are many examples to choose from. When you get used to using active x and you want to do something specific in excel or word go into word or excel and create a macro then see how it was done in the macro and then copy the code using active x nodes.
