contact point of NI Shanghai DSP Group

To get the code, I have to contact NI Shanghai DSP Group.

Does anyone who konw how to contact them?

I can't understand why the document was not so kind to the customer.

NI email support was out of order in the homepage, therefore, I write my message twice.
