controlling boolean in clusters

I have a cluster of panel lights (7)  and I need to be able to blink the lights individually.  Can it be done with property nodes and how?  Or is it easier to not have them in  a cluster.

If it's better to get the indicators out the cluster... That depends. But regarding the blinking, you can see how that can be done in the picture in attach.
