please convert the following files to 2021 version

Those VIs are saved in LabVIEW 2020. So you just need to open the VIs in LabVIEW 2021 and save them. You don't need any of us to do anything fancy for you.

If you have LabVIEW 2021 then you should be able to open the files there and save them in LabVIEW 2021 format. When upgrading to a new version you should always check the upgrade notes to make sure that there are no changes which will affect your code.
