convert 3.1 VI to 8.6

Could anyone please convert this 3.1 VI to 8.6 or to any versions that can be opened in Labview 8.6?

Saved in 8.6. "Serial read with Timeout.vi" was replaced with "Serial Read.vi". Should work.
