convert to vi

I have a program written by C which is to control the mechine using RS232, can anyone help me to convert the program to vi which can be excute by LabVIEW?

Are you looking for a consultant or someone to donate thier time?  NI has a very good alliance Network of developers who can help you.  Conversion are usually not trivial and can take time.
