converting GPIB to serial

Hi all

My instrument driver has provided only a GPIB based driver for labview version 5.

I have attached the same.

Can anyone tell me how to modify it to make it work  in serial /Rs232 mode?

I am actaully few weeks old in this field.So if any one can give me the modified files then I would be reallllllly thankful .

You posted a zip file in this other thread.   Are they the same?  Maybe a single thread for all conversions would be more appropriate.
