Did you mean:

create a subvi

I believe the goal was to provide you with some tools for learning
LabVIEW, as your question was so simple it would appear you have made
no effort to rtfm. Your answer managed to dispel any reservations
about you being a simpleton with a large dose of arrogance and a chip
on his shoulder. You seem to have surrendered before you made the
slightest attempt to solve your problem yourself. Your behaviour on
this forum is unacceptable. Please eat some cheese.
BTW spam/flame me all you like. This email is disposable.

You don't know how to create a subVI after a 40 hour class and I'm the stupid one? Stephen gave you an excellent answer and all I attempted to do was point you to sources of additonal help because based on your question I assumed your were a beginner. I had no intention of being condescending. Insulting people who's only intent is to inform is incredibly stupid on your part. The people that contribute to this forum take time out of their busy day to offer encouragement and solutions. If you don't appreciate what we do, don't ask for help in the future.

hello,

I respect this forum and i like what you're doing. I'm grateful for the help this forum gave me. At work, I've been given a project on labview and I haven't touch it since college(4 years ago). I'm sorry of my behavior with Dennis Knutson on this forum, but he should respect the fact that I came for help. I understand that some people may think that my question was not adequate...sorry for that...but thank you again for the help,

regards to everyone,
Rémi

I did respect the fact that you came to the forum for help - that's why I gave an answer. I'm sorry that you chose to misunderstand it as an insult to your abilities. I too respect this platform enormously. For years, the only way for LabVIEW users to share information was a yearly get together at Austin, Texas (for those that could afford the trip). Now, this, the info-labview mail list, the LTR newsletter all serve to get the word out faster and to a much broader audience. Continue to come here to help but understand that misunderstandings are unavoidable when questions are unclear or incomplete.

It stands for "Read The F**CKING Manual" and can usually be heard frrom overworked technical support people at the end of a day answering the same questions over and over again.
