How can I Create a Pressure-volume loop (simulation)?

Can you give a little more information on what you want for the loop?

Are you trying to simulate a heart, an engine, a pump?

Do you want to calculate the work done or graph the pressure/volume changes? 

Do you want to do this with LabVIEW or CVI?
