I have a master MODBUS based on PIC microcontroller, i want to view your register on DSC module for create alarms and historial. i have create a server? other form do? how create a server? how define tag on server?

It sounds like you are trying to create Tags to access a register using LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control.  If you are using LabVIEW DSC 7.1 then you might want to check out  the link below to the LabVIEW DSC Developers manual.  The process of creating DSC applications is discussed in detail.
