creating a NI-DAQmx Simulated Device for NI USB-6251?

I've downloaded and installed NI-DAQmx Version 8.5 for Windows 2000/Vista x64/Vista x86/XP and want to use the Measurement & Automation Explorer to change my system configuration to include a Simulated Device of type "NI USB-6251".

I'm trying to follow the procedure outlined here: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3698.  However, when I try to choose my device (as shown in Figure 2) from the "USB DAQ" node, it is not one of the options.

How can simulation of the NI USB-6251 be achieved?  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
